"Close Enough, But Still Annoying"
Went to Harkins for a movie and the showtime was close, but of course it didn’t actually start when it said it would. After sitting through all the ads and trailers, it ended up starting later than I expected, which got on my nerves because I planned around that time. The seats were fine and the theater itself was okay, but I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around when a movie is supposed to start. Giving it 3 stars because it was decent, just not exactly punctual

"Long line, but it didn’t feel that bad"
I went to harkins on one of those busy nights where you walk in and immediately think, okay, this might take forever. The line looked long at first, but weirdly it moved a lot faster than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. I did end up waiting a bit longer for snacks, which was a little annoying, but not enough to ruin anything. Overall, busy night, decent flow, and I still made it to my movie without feeling rushed...

"Easy to find a movie without wasting time"
I check Harkins often because I don’t have the patience to dig around forever just to find something to watch. Their movie selection is usually solid, with the big new releases and sometimes smaller movies I wasn’t expecting to see. It’s easy to see what’s playing and figure out a weekend plan without any hassle. no complaints.

I ended up Canceling my tickets and the refund process was easy enough. It did take a little while to actually show up, but the rules were clear so I wasn’t really stressed about it.

"Fair prices, but the fees sneak up on you"
I use harkins.com regularly to grab tickets before heading to the movies. The ticket prices are usually reasonable compared to other theaters around me, and picking seats is simple enough. Easy.
The only reason I’d knock it down a star is the online fees. They’re not outrageous or anything, but if you’re buying tickets for the whole family, they add up fast. Oof. Still, it’s convenient, so I keep using it.

"Clean Theater, No Hassle"
I go to Harkins often, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is that it’s just easy. The theater is always clean, no sticky floors, the seats are in good shape, and even the bathrooms were fine the last time I went. I’m kind of over places where you have to deal with messy spaces or make a whole thing out of basic service, so it’s nice that they seem to stay on top of it between showings. Makes seeing a movie way more enjoyable. 5 stars from me.

I usually don’t expect much from customer service, especially when it comes to accessibility stuff, but the staff actually helped me get a caption device really quickly and didn’t make it a big deal. No runaround, no attitude, just got it sorted. It made the movie way easier to enjoy

"They actually keep the theater chill"
Went to Harkins last weekend and I’ve gotta say, I really appreciated how the staff handled people talking and messing with their phones. They gave a quick warning, it stopped right away, and there wasn’t any big awkward scene. Compared to a lot of other theaters I’ve been to where staff either ignore it or it turns into a whole thing, Harkins handled it way better.
It made the movie so much easier to enjoy. The seats were clean, the sound was solid, and booking through harkins.com was simple. between the calmer crowd control and the overall experience, I’d pick Harkins over a few of the bigger chains near me. 5 stars from me.

The showtimes were laid out clearly, so I found a time that worked without much trouble. I was half expecting some hidden catch or missing info, but it was actually straightforward.

I went to Harkins last weekend and the movie itself was good, but the seats were just kind of meh. They look nice at first, so I was expecting them to be more comfortable, but about an hour in my back started bothering me. They’re definitely not the worst seats I’ve dealt with, but when you’re paying for a night out, you don’t want to feel like you’re losing comfort halfway through the movie. A little more cushioning or a better recline would make a big difference

I usually use harkins.com or the Harkins app to check showtimes and buy my tickets, and it’s been smooth every time. Picking seats is simple, the pages load fast, and I’ve never had trouble finding my movie or pulling up my tickets at the theater. My only warning to others is don’t wait until the last minute for popular movies, because the good seats can go quick.

The theater itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But parking took way longer than I expected, and getting out after the movie was confusing. Not sure if it’s always like that or if I just went on a bad night, but it definitely made the whole experience a little frustrating.

I use Harkins often, mostly just to grab movie tickets ahead of time, and the rewards have been better than I expected. They add up faster than you think, like free popcorn here, a discount there, a little savings on snacks, or even just making a regular movie night feel cheaper. Since we go a lot for date nights, family outings, random weekend movies, kids’ movies, and those last-minute “let’s just go see something” nights, it actually makes a difference. I really don’t have any complaints.

"Chill Friday Night Spot"
Went to Harkins on a Friday night it was great. It wasn’t overly crowded, the crowd was easygoing, and nobody around us was being loud or annoying. The whole place just had a relaxed vibe, which made the movie way more enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’d be happy to go back to
